You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

• Applicable laws and regulations
• Meta, Google, TikTok, and other third-party platform terms

You must not:

• Misuse, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the Services
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
• Use the Services to violate third-party rights or privacy

4. Third-Party Platform Integrations

By connecting your advertising accounts, you authorize Insights Lens to access advertising data through official APIs using OAuth or similar authorization mechanisms.

• Access is limited to data necessary to provide insights and reporting
• Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You may revoke access at any time via the third-party platform or within Insights Lens

Insights Lens complies with:

• Meta Platform Terms & Developer Policies
• Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements)
• TikTok Developer Platform Terms

5. Data Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. By using the Services, you consent to such processing.

6. Intellectual Property

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
